Shipping Costs

You will be sent an invoice total via email showing shipping charges once we have received and are processing your order. Credit cards will only be charged when order ships. Payment must be made in full prior to shipping. Orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited or by UPS ground depending on the size of the item.

Customer Pickup

Available for local customers who want to avoid shipping costs, a suitable time will need to be arranged in advance, (to make sure I am here and presentable). All large furniture items are available for pick up only....we do not ship furniture.

Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available in the dollar amount of your choice.

Product Availability

We are a small family run business and can only carry small quantities of items in order to offer you a larger selection. You will only be charged for the items in-stock at the time of your order. If we are able to replace an out-of-stock item requested in your order, you will be contacted as soon as it arrives and given the chance to have it sent to you or you can pass and we will place it back in stock. Rest assured that what we lack in size, we make up for with great customer service.

Return Policy

Some items may vary slightly due to variations in paint or fabrics. Primitive items are aged to look old and irregularities are a natural part of the finished product. We feel that these qualities add to the charm of our items and are not imperfections; they are in fact, beauty marks.

We hope that you are pleased with your purchase....We fully guarantee our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy with them, please email me within 5 days of receiving your purchase at: patti@primitivecreek.net and state that you are returning it and why. We will refund you’re your money for the product minus the shipping cost. Please remember to insure returning items. Returns must be received within 30 days of product arrival and returned in original condition with original packaging.

Absolutely NO REFUNDS after 30 days.
